Jose Rivas - Founder
Jose founded Rescue Earth in 2000 and obtained his 501 c3 in 2005. Previous to rescue earth, Jose worked sales in various industries from energy saving, environmental coatings, and waste management. Jose introduced super therm coating insulation to the general Miami area and Miami-dade County Public Schools. He was instrumental in the distributorship of super therm and rust grip to Panama for the Canal and to Mexico for the countrys oil refineries.
Humanitarian support has long been an integral part of Jose's life:
-supported Royal Academy (non for profit that assists inner city youth)
-assisted with second chances for Juveniles
-Produced educational film used by schools about esteem and self-motivation.

Otto Bauta-CFO
Mr. Bauta, has always been involved in many ways in community issues. He has worked for:
The U.S. Department of Justice in the Community Relations Services (CRS), conciliator and advisor on community issues.

Troy Hartmann - President
Mr. Hartmann has been involved in the Energy Management business beginning in 1993. He has been involved with multi-family housing, hotels, military, timeshare, school districts, condominium hoa boards, section 8 housing, affordable housing projects and utility rebate programs. These projects began in California, Nevada, Texas and Arizona thru 1997. Then beginning in 1997 expanded his projects nationwide to include HI and Alaska and Caribbean projects.
These projects include identifying, surveying and generating proposal. These proposals would have ROI calculations owners. This also included working will local utility companies to obtain any rebates or incentives for projects. Upon agreement with owners all proposed technologies would be installed.

David Steinberg - Director of Communication
David
is a German Creative Director with a background in design, photography and off-set reproduction. Discovering his love for marketing he studies Media Communications for two years with emphasis on marketing, communication & advertising and studies abroad at the world renown Miami Ad School, US. He later moved from Miami to Minneapolis, San Francisco and New York..
He has founded and run two companies, one of which being Branding Forces LLC, David’s first step on the path as a professional in the full service advertising field. At BBDO David works as a art director, doing print, animation, and online work for clients such as Dunlop, BMW and Wigleys. From there on he moved to Miami for position as Creative Director at Blue Sky Interactive until he decided to go back to running his creative studio. Branding Forces is a ubiquitous name in the online design scene partly due to David’s success in both his non commercial and professional work, but also for his dedication in the process of proclaiming the digital tools’ acceptance in the art world.
Today David remains to resides in Miami Beach, enjoying his days with his new and additional project to the advertising firm. The latest project is Ruthless & Toothless, a collaboration with the artist of Miami In k(Chris Garver, Darren Brass and Yoji Harada)

Dean Taha - Director of Development
Dean graduated from the University of Miami with honors in 2000 with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Film. He worked film production for a few years which brought him to LA in 2001, where he began working as an Event Manager for the Live Music Channel. In 2003 Dean came back to Miami and started an organic skin care line which he operated for five years before selling off.
The past few years Dean has managed his family's Real Estate portfolio while brokering deals including solar conversions which is how Dean became involved with Rescue Earth. He is now the Director of Development with Rescue Earth and has brought expertise in the field of Real Estate management, cost analysis, and general mediation.
